Australian designer Ashling Punnett is the creative force behind Lilly and Lolly with a mission to end the current 'closed door' policy that so often applies to children's rooms. Lilly and Lolly is a complete designer solution providing beautiful linen, decor accessories and contemporary design orientated furniture.

The furniture range caters for children 0-16 years (and often beyond) and combines handcrafted Tassie Oak and classic white with clever storage and interesting, fun designs. The linen collections helps to bring a children's room to life, adding personality and a splash of colour. The team is careful to use only the finest 100% cotton fibres to ensure kids are kept cool and comfortable all year round.

The adventure of everyone's favourite childhood classic, Little Red Riding Hood has been captured in this cute piece from Urchin.

Created from vintage odds and ends these hand worked canvas artworks are perfect for adorning the walls of a nursery or playroom and letting the imagination run wild.

Urchin's ambitions are simple - to create great children's clothes and accessories everyone will love, especially kids! The range includes clothing as well as decor pieces, each being hand finished with carefully selected materials, each item coming with a personal touch.

Sweet William is made up of sisters, Shelley, Paula and Jeanine spread from New Zealand to Melbourne. Apart by many miles but together in their passionate for creating all manner of interesting things. Sweet William was named after a pet Persian cat and the flower, Sweet William which represents friendship - a name with both meaning and a sense nostalgia.

"We draw inspiration from all over the place - motherhood, markets, magazines, blogs, film, music, art, design, nature, colour, pattern, etc., and we have a thing for the past, especially old children’s books and vintage fabrics. Illustrating is at the core of Sweet William. We try and keep our products unique by incorporating our very own original artwork."

Paula is the illustrator, her drawings are incorporated into products by Jeanine and Shelley, who love to sew. Recycling and up cycling are key elements in the designs; most of the craft materials are thrifted and or vintage from papers, fabrics, buttons and old games.

We just got word that these Lorena Siminovich mobiles will be forming part of the 'mini gallery' coming along to Magnolia Square.

Made from laser-cut pieces of bamboo, these simple yet whimsical mobiles have long been admired by the team here at Magnolia Square..we look forward to seeing them in the flesh in the Kindergallery corner.

It was these divine crane mobiles that first gravitated our attention to the equally divine range from Red Berry Designs. With a bachelor of Industrial Design designer Jacqueline Wallace has skills and experience which extend throughout the creative industry.

The Red Berry range is cohesively superb and brings together Jacqueline's love of paper, print and soft feminine hues.

The range includes a range of homewares and clothing but we can't get past these gorgeous origami mobiles. 20 handmade paper cranes adorn the mobile, each hand folded from Jacqueline's unique range of self designed papers. A beautiful focal piece in any room and a treasured gift to give. See Red Berry at Magnolia Square in July at The Teahouse Royal Randwick.
